The Princeton dedicated team are available during regular business hours from 8:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Please note: After regular business hours and on weekends and holidays, travel services are available through World Travel's Emergency Service Center.
Our Team
Teri, Fatima, Stephanie, and John are the University's travel consultants at World Travel, Inc. This team of agents is dedicated full-time to supporting Princeton travelers. To ensure the University's faculty, staff, students and guests receive high-quality, personalized service at every turn, each member of the team was carefully selected and trained on Princeton processes and procedures. Teri and Fatima primarily support individual travel and Stephanie and John comprise our group travel team.
Group travel support
To support the complex requirements of group travel, two members of the Princeton travel agent team, Stephanie Shores and John Babson, specialize in group travel reservations including group air. Stephanie and John deliver logistical support for a wide range of groups incuding course travel, conference and events, and groups coming to the University. - No fees for rail, hotel, car rental, or limo reservations
- Individual air tickets booked by our agents: $20
- Group air (10 or more passengers on the same flight): $10 per passenger
