May 13 through June 21, 2024, TSA screening technology will be replaced at Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR), Terminal B.  Security screening wait times will be longer than normal and TSA advises that travelers arrive at least three hours before their scheduled departure time.  

If you are flying on Alaska Airlines or Spirit Airlines, consider utilizing EWR Reserve to make an advanced reservation for expedited screening through TSA security.
