On January 6, a new travel registration system (Concur) will replace the current Princeton Travel Registration Database for University-sponsored travel. If you are currently working on a registration in the Princeton Travel Registration Database, you will be able to log back into the site after January 6 to complete your registration. As of January 6, all new University-sponsored trips must be registered in the new system. Please see the detailed checklist under the student tabs. - Review the travel checklist, review the appropriate Terms and Conditions and complete all required steps. These documents can be found on our Undergraduate or Graduate Travel Website Checklists.
- Submit a Travel Request for University-sponsored travel.
- Please update your Concur profile and register your mobile device.
- Forward all official confirmation emails from booking vendors (e.g., airline, hotel, Expedia, etc.) to email@example.com, once your plans are finalized. In order to forward itineraries to firstname.lastname@example.org, you must first validate your email address in your Concur profile.
