The following services are provided by Procurement Services through the Travel Program:

• Sourcing hotels in any destination domestic or international
• Scheduling site inspections and assisting with site selection
• Negotiating rates, amenities, concessions, and contract terms with the hotel you have selected (prior to contract creation)  
• Managing contract deadlines

There is no charge to departments for the above services.
