SAP Concur utilizes Office 365. As a result, delegates, approvers, managers, or anyone who books for others and receives an email that contains a traveler's trip itinerary, will find that the trip is auto-populating in the booker’s Outlook Calendar. Here are instructions for disabling that feature.
To disable or enable trips from auto-populating to the calendar:

Go to web version of Outlook 365

Go To Your App Settings, Click Calendar

Under Calendar, click Automatic Processing > Events from email

To turn off, select Don't add events to my calendar from email, to turn on, select Automatically add events to my calendar from email

At the top of the page, select Settings > View all Outlook settings.

Select Calendar > Events from email.
Under each event type, select one of the following:-
Don’t show event summaries in email or on my calendar: You won't see summary cards for these events in your inbox and events won't appear on your calendar.

Only show event summaries in email: You'll see summary cards for these events in your inbox, but these events won't appear on your calendar.

Show event summaries in email and on my calendar: You'll see summary cards for these events in your inbox and these events will appear on your calendar.

Click Save
