Text message and/or email alerts are available for your University credit card. Cardholders are strongly encouraged to enable the "Suspicious Activity" alert. This alert will provide real-time notification when the bank flags activity your credit card as potentially fraudulent. If the transaction in question is valid, you can reply "VALID" and the hold will be released from your card in a matter of minutes.

Additionally, once enrolled, you can text "BAL" to 767-262 to check your card's current balance and available funds at any time.
