Travel Suppliers: Air

What You Should Know

Princeton University has negotiated discounts with key airlines operating out of Newark, JFK, La Guardia, Philadelphia, and Trenton airports. Fares offered by Carlson Wagonlit Travel counselors and displayed in Concur reflect the Princeton discount.

Lowest Fares

Purchasing tickets well in advance provides access to the lowest fares. Non-refundable tickets are significantly less expensive than fully refundable tickets. If you need to cancel your non-refundable ticket, the value will be stored in the Carlson Wagonlit Travel system for use toward future travel. This value will show on your My Concur page.

Note: In order to receive Princeton traveler discounts and benefits always book airline travel through Concur or Carlson Wagonlit Travel -- not through the airline sites.

Frequent Flyer Programs

In order for your University travel to apply to your frequent traveler programs, you must enter your reward account numbers in your Concur profile before building your travel itinerary. Otherwise, you will need to notify the travel supplier directly to request that the miles or points earned on a specific trip be allocated to your account.
