Graduate students travel away from Princeton for a wide variety of academic reasons: language study, dissertation research, internships, scholarly conferences and meetings, to name a few.  This website offers graduate students important information and resources.

Request a University-Sponsored Trip

Graduate students are required to register all University-sponsored international travel in Concur. More information on the process to request University sponsored travel and related policies is contained in the

Register a Non-University-Sponsored Trip

A trip is considered not sponsored by the University if it is a personal trip and is not funded or organized by the University. Students are able to register non-University (personal) travel in the Travel Registration Database if they choose. The summary information provided in the Travel Registration Database will be stored and used only in the event of a national or country-specific crisis when University resources or contacts could be helpful to the traveler.

Update, Acknowledge or Change a Travel Registration Database Entry Made Prior to January 6, 2014

If you have a trip that was entered in the Travel Registration Database prior to January 6, 2014, which requires an update or acknowledgement, you may update it in the Travel Registration Database. The Travel Registration Database is disabled for all new trips entered after January 6, 2014.
